Terms & Conditions

We sell new, used, refurbished and surplus commercial bakery and foodservice equipment. Each listing states its condition. Used and surplus items are sold as-is unless a warranty is expressly stated. Photos, dimensions, power requirements and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations can occur, so we encourage inspection before purchase of larger items.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive where shown. Items marked “Contact for quote” (POA) have no fixed online price — submit an enquiry and we will quote you. We may update prices and listings at any time before an order is accepted.

Priced items can be bought outright (“Buy Now”) or reserved with a deposit, paid securely by card through Stripe. A deposit places the item on hold while we finalise inspection, freight or the balance; the balance is payable before pickup or dispatch. If a sale does not proceed for a reason within our control, your deposit is refunded. Larger items may instead be handled by enquiry, inspection or freight quote rather than online checkout.

Equipment is stored at Warehouse 8 and available for inspection and pickup by appointment only. We will confirm the address and a time once a booking is made. Title and risk in an item pass to you once it is paid in full and collected or dispatched.

Delivery is available Australia-wide and is quoted separately based on size, weight and distance. Timeframes are estimates. Please check access, loading and installation requirements at your site before delivery — these are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Any warranty is shown on the listing (for example, manufacturer’s remaining warranty, a limited warranty, or refurbished-with-warranty). Where no warranty is stated, the item is sold as-is. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 8).

Because much of our stock is used commercial equipment, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Refunds or remedies apply where an item is materially different from its description, has an undisclosed fault, or where a stated warranty or the Australian Consumer Law applies. Contact us promptly if there is a problem and we will work with you to resolve it.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under that law. Where we are able to limit our liability, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
