We only collect information necessary to respond to you and to sell equipment. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Enquiry / inspection / freight-quote forms: your name, business name, email, phone, ABN (if provided), suburb and state, delivery or pickup preference, and your message.
• Sell Your Equipment form: your name, business, email, phone, equipment details, asking price, location and any photos you submit.
• Purchases & deposits: billing name, email, phone and address collected during checkout.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Technical data: IP address and browser/device information logged with form submissions to help prevent spam and fraud.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or government identifiers), and we do not ask for it.

Card payments (Buy Now and deposits) are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly under PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the contact details you enter at checkout.

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes, inspections and freight estimates.
• Process purchases and deposits, and arrange pickup or delivery.
• Review equipment you offer to sell to us.
• Send you transactional emails (order/deposit confirmations, replies to your enquiry).
• Send occasional updates if — and only if — you subscribed (you can opt out anytime).
• Protect the site against spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database, file storage and authentication (hosted in Sydney, Australia).
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Google (Gmail) — sending and receiving our emails.
• Delivery / freight partners — only the details needed to quote and deliver an item.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Your information is stored in our Supabase database hosted in Sydney, Australia, with row-level security restricting access to authorised staff only. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Some providers (such as Stripe) may process limited data on servers outside Australia, including the United States.

This site uses essential cookies only — for example, to keep an administrator signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.

We will only send marketing emails if you have subscribed. Every such email includes an unsubscribe option, or you can email us to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails about an order or enquiry you have made.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
